FairPoint Energy offers residential customers in Maine and New Hampshire 100% green electricity and 5% cash back on usage, enhancing their holistic approach to home services.
Launched through a strategic partnership with FairPoint Communications, FairPoint Energy frequently launches new campaigns and engages existing customers within FairPoint Communications’ network to enroll them in energy plans. The effectiveness of these campaigns is highly dependent on providing a seamless and intuitive experience irrespective of device.

Approach
The existing FairPoint Energy site was modified and ported into the Sitefinity Content Management System (CMS). Reusable templates were built based on the existing designs and modified to be mobile friendly across all devices. In addition, the team at Stormhold built custom widgets to accept enrollments, view, and pay bills.
Stormhold configured the CMS so that business users now have the capability to modify specific areas of the website without technical knowledge, enabling business users and content creators to completely manage existing and new campaigns.
In addition to a responsive redesign, Stormhold integrated advanced analytics and reporting. This data is used in digital experience tracking and optimization.
